The air conditioning was efficient, ensuring a perfect retreat from the bustling city outside, while the complimentary tea and coffee facilities made for a delightful start to my mornings. A standout feature was the warm welcome I received upon arrival, with a small bottle of cava chilling in the fridge-a thoughtful touch that enhanced my stay. The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, allowing me a late check-out to make the most of my visit. With its prime location just steps from attractions like Plaza Mayor and excellent dining options such as Restaurante Botin, I highly recommend this hostal for anyone seeking an outstanding and memorable experience in Madrid.
